Our Freedoms and our Country are in grave danger as I write this. What I am about to say may sound like it's from a sci-fi movie...I wish it was!
Forget about political parties for a moment. I will give you the sorces so that you may verify on your own what I am saying. Internet is my business and with all the speaches about the U.S. Government making High Speed Internet for the entire world, I had to investigate the matter. I did not like what I found.
First of all, not only is it NOT our responsability to furnish Internet to the Entire world, neither can we afford it! That raised flags for me.
Second, our free speech is under attack in both the area of Internet, as well as Radio & TV. This is no joke!
July 29, 2009, President Obama appoined Mark Lloyd as CZAR "Chief Diversity Officer" at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Lloyd is an extreem anti-capitalist and a deciple of Left Wing Revolutionary, Saul Alinsky which he referencesd as one of his heros. Lloyd calls for an all-out "confrontational movement" against all private media. He wants the leftist activists - through political pressure - and the government - through the creation of a totally untenable operating environment of fees, fines and regulations - to work together to force the commercial broadcasters out of business and to be replaced by public broadcasters to be appointed by the administration.
To get a clearer picture of who and what is at the helm of the FCC, this is what Lloyd thinks about the 1st ammendment:
"It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press. This freedom is all too often an exaggeration. At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies."The purpose of free speech is warped to protect global corporations and block rules that would promote democratic governance."
This is Lloyds comments regarding the Chavez inVenezuela:
"In Venezuela, with Chavez, is really an incredible revolution - a democratic revolution. To begin to put in place things that are going to have an impact on the people of Venezuela.
"The property owners and the folks who then controlled the media in Venezuela rebelled - worked, frankly, with folks here in the U.S. government - worked to oust him. But he came back with another revolution, and then Chavez began to take very seriously the media in his country.
"And we've had complaints about this ever since."
Speaking of America , Mark Lloyd , (OUR FCC CZAR!) added:
How dare we in any way intervene to prevent Chavez's full-on Communist takeover?
"But he (Chavez) came back with another revolution (in 2006), and then began to take very seriously the media in his country."
The Associated Press (AP) late Friday night reported "Chavez criticizes US as arrests stir concern."
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Friday defended the arrest of a major TV channel owner, calling him a criminal and denying the government is carrying out an assault on press freedom.
As you can see Mark Lloyd looks to Chavez as a hero & example on how to control the people.
